TEAMS: Volunteer teams are really the heartbeat of our church. These action-oriented groups make things happen every single weekend. When you’re a part of a team, you play a vital role in creating environments where people can go from where they are to where God wants them to be. You’ll connect with a team leader who will care about you, pray for you, and “pastor” you. There are four primary volunteer areas.

LPC Kids – if you like preschoolers or elementary kids and have a heart to help them follow Jesus, then LPC Kids is for you.  Consider working alongside elementary age students as a small group or program leader.  Do you prefer preschoolers/toddlers, then serve in a classroom on Sunday mornings.  If you like to work behind the scenes, consider helping out with technology, communications or curriculum. Contact our Children's Director, Emily Duckworth at to get involved.

LPC Students – the teenage years are some of the most important years in a person’s life as teens are making significant choices in terms of their friendships, future and faith. Walk alongside high school students as a small group leader,  share life with a group of middle school girls or boys or help out with retreats/ activities.  Contact our Student Ministries Director, Andrew Cordasco at to get involved with youth.

Worship and Arts – if you know sound, video or computers, then the production team is the right place for you. You can produce or direct a service, play in the band, edit video, run cameras, and more. The training program will teach you all the skills you need. Email Brad Ellis at for more information.

Hospitality – Every weekend, greeters, and friendly people in the coffee bar help people have an amazing experience at church. If you like to create a environment of invitation, welcome and connection then hospitality is for you.   Contact Scott McDonald, Connections Pastor at to get involved with the Hospitality Team.
